Christopher Buck focuses his practice on the representation of plaintiffs and defendants in commercial disputes and insurance litigation cases. He has served as lead counsel in numerous bench and jury trials and has represented clients in more than 200 mediations.  Christopher has successfully managed a docket of more than 350 first and third-party insurance cases.  He has experience advising insurance personnel regarding Department of Insurance Rules and Regulations, claims coverage, risk exposure and claims management. 

Mr. Buck has extensive experience in preparing motions, propounding and responding to discovery requests, conducting investigations and depositions, and preparing witnesses for depositions and trials.  Christopher also has experience collaborating with multiple parties and counsel in multi-party litigation, negotiating ESI agreements, protocols, and orders.

Since 2011, Christopher has volunteered at the Montgomery County Dispute Resolution Center as a mediator.
