Pierce & O’Neill co-founders Jesse R. Pierce and Jack O’Neill have again been named among the state’s best business trial lawyers with their selection to the 2026 edition of Texas Super Lawyers, a distinction reserved for the top 5% of attorneys.
Mr. Pierce has tried cases in state and federal courts across the country, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation, specializing in energy and commercial matters. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and a member of the Litigation Counsel of America, a trial-lawyer honorary society made up of less than one-half of 1% of American lawyers.
Mr. O’Neill is known for representing numerous Fortune 500 companies involved in large, complex litigation. His courtroom experience has involved many widely publicized cases covering virtually all aspects of the oil and gas industry. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
